Recovery Catch Up

 Not much going on for the last 2 weeks and the next 2 realistically. 

Taking some time off of real structured workouts and just running the trials for fun and playing basketball and lifting again.

Overall still pretty tired and don't feel 100% from the marathon yet. Mostly running Tues, Thurs, Sat and Sun and lifting on the other days until I feel like I'm ready to bump up to 6 days a week. Runs are 30 - 45 min and only easy pace at the moment.

Basketball was good to be back but took me until Sunday to feel recovered from Wednesday games lol.
